Our instructors have more than 15 years of experience creating and conducting finance seminars for the domestic and international banking communities and more than 35 years of combined banking experience as investment bankers, seminar designers and instructors. We have served top banks worldwide, including institutions in Australasia, Europe, the United Kingdom and the Americas.

Charles F. Clement 3rd - Instructor
Charlie has over 20 years of investment banking experience with predecessor firms of UBS and Lehman Brothers. In addition, he possesses over 10 years of educational experience having taught at institutions in Asia, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, France and the Americas. Mr. Clement holds a B.S.E. from Princeton University in mechanical and aerospace sciences and an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University.

Victoria J. Harris - Instructor
Victoria has over 5 years of investment banking experience with Merrill Lynch and over 7 years of global educational experience having taught clients based in Asia, Australia, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States. Ms. Harris holds an A.B. in economics and political science from Smith College.

Paul D. Lynch, Consultant – Instructor/Researcher
Paul has over ten years of consulting and work experience with financial institutions, financial consulting firms and law firms. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, financial accounting and capital markets. Paul holds a B.A. degree in economics and an M.B.A. in professional accounting from Rutgers University and an M.B.A., with concentrations with concentrations in analytic finance, financial management and statistics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. in professional accounting from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management.

Kirsten S. Wolf, CFA, Consultant – Researcher
Kirsten has over 4 years of research experience, 4 years as a portfolio analyst reviewing futures and treasury hedges, problem loans, securitizations and CMO derivatives as well as over 4 years as an accountant. Kirsten is a member of the NYSSA and AIMR and has an M.B.A. and B.S. from Clarkson University.
